Victor Potopov returned this month

We’re pleased to share that Victor Potopov, an old client of ours, returned this month. We last worked with him in 2017.

In the past My Learning Hub, a software business providing a proprietary online Learning Management System (LMS) for private companies and public services alike, retained us to help them with a variety of sales and marketing activities. Since then they have updated their brand identity and grown their team.

They now want help compiling a series of 30 case studies to support their marketing drive.

With a number of significant client wins under their belt, we decided to kick start this work by first running a qualitative research exercise with their core customers. We spoke with all the designated clients, to learn first hand more about their experience of working with My Learning Hub (MLH).

In addition to providing a rich tapestry of insights to support the writing of the case studies, a number of interesting truths about their customers’ experiences of working with MLH software have also come out of this process. MLH will now be seeking to leverage these findings in their customer relationship management plans moving forward. We are obviously continuing discussions with them on these matters too.
