New Telecoms client
We recently acquired a new Telecoms client called Optilan. Our project with them will focus on delivering a customer satisfaction survey. Today they showed us around their production plant… we always find this sort of visit so very interesting.
The general purpose of customer satisfaction surveys is to assess how satisfied your customers are with different aspects of your product/service. Identifying unhappy customers is as important as identifying extremely happy ones (potential advocates).
