Not so small back room

In the spring of 2016 Mark was asked to help the executive management team at Small Back Room with some business development matters. So for a short while he headed up a team responsible for client engagement and business development within the agency. Key tasks included shaping the offering, streamlining processes for managing all new business opportunities, developing sales and marketing strategies and being the new business front man. His engagement ran from March to December and served as a useful re-energizer for both SBR and Interrelated.
