The Managing Director of Silverwing was looking for insights to support a new vision for the business. One that would reinforce the identity and commitment from the global team. We were invited to speak with internal Stakeholders and a number of key customers from around the world in order to facilitate the development of a new business direction.
Following approval of an exciting new brand strategy the senior management team got together with external investors and went through an MBO. We were then asked to help translate the new positioning into a fresh brand identity and corporate website. As a result of our work the culture is gathering strength around its new proposition, which is reinforcing the company’s position as a global leader in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) industry, for Tanks Pipes and Vessels, mainly in Oil & Gas.Strategy
